The family room exceeded expectations in size and cleanliness, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist, even after our departure, left a lasting positive impression. The seamless email communication further showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. While the absence of some amenities like a mini-bar may be noted, the overall value proposition is solid. For those seeking a well-located, clean, and hospitable stay without the unnecessary frills, Patrizia is a sensible choice. As an Italian with a penchant for boutique hotels that embody our rich heritage, I found my visit to be a harmonious balance of affordability and quality. A return visit is certainly on the horizon.
